Winter Garden Aglow
Every year, the botanical gardens are decorated with a gazillion lights. Vita really enjoyed looking at all the lights this year.
Gingerbread Mania
During Grammie and Grandpa Asch's visit, we decorated a gingerbread house. This was the first time for all of us, and we found out quite quickly, that it is one big mess. But I think we will do it again; it was fun! Unfortunately, we didn't get too many photo ops. The whole family was sick at one point or another. Vita was a trooper, though!
Tree Decorating
We decorated the tree while Vita took her nap. This year, she really enjoyed plucking off one particular ornament: a sparkly, pink snowflake.
Annual Christmas Tree Hunt
Every year we go into the forest and cut down a tree with a permit from the Forest Service. Grace supervised the cutting of our tree. Vita wasn't so thrilled this year. I think all she wanted was cheese.
